About the program
Cardno was awarded a design and implement contract for the Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastrucktur (Indonesia Australia Partnership for Infrastructure) (KIAT). The design is now complete and Cardno is currently in negotiations with DFAT for the implementation of the program. KIAT is a 10-year facility with an indicative budget of A$300m.

KIAT’s overarching goal is to support ‘Sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all people’. To support this goal, KIAT will work with GOI, DFAT, private sector, MDBs and other development partners, and civil society stakeholders to help achieve the following ‘End-of-facility Outcomes’ (EOFOs):

1. Improved GOI policy and regulatory framework for infrastructure development
2. High quality projects prepared and financed by GOI, the private sector and / or MDBs
3. High quality infrastructure delivery, management and maintenance by GOI

As the prospective Managing Contractor of KIAT Program, Cardno is currently inviting applications for Program Management and Support positions for Water and Sanitation (WatSan) Unit. The positions will report to the Deputy Director - WatSan on all aspects of the program relating to Water and Sanitation.

DAI, implementer of the USAID funded Indonesia Urban Water, Sanitation and Hygiene  Penyehatan Lingkungan Untuk Semua (IUWASH PLUS) Project, invites qualified bidders to submit proposals/bids for Consultant for Finalization of Detail Engineering Design of SPAM Regional Mebidang, North Sumatera Province.

Background

The USAID Indonesia Urban Water, Sanitation and Hygiene 'Penyehatan Lingkungan Untuk Semua' (IUWASH PLUS) program is a five-year initiative designed to assist the Government of Indonesia in increasing access to water supply and sanitation services as well as improving key hygiene behaviors among urban poor and vulnerable populations. Implemented by DAI Global LLC, IUWASH PLUS works with governmental agencies, the private sector, NGOs, communities and others to achieve the following "high level" results:

• An increase of one million people in urban areas with access to improved water supply of which at least 500,000 are from the poorest 40% of the population; and
• An increase of 500,000 people in urban areas with access to an improved sanitation facility and all of whom are from the poorest 40% of the population.

To ensure that improvements in access to WASH services are sustained, IUWASH PLUS is guided by a development hypothesis that focuses on strengthening service delivery systems so they can more effectively reach the poorest and most vulnerable segments of the population. In order to achieve this at scale, IUWASH PLUS undertakes activities through four interrelated components, including: 1) Improving household WASH services; 2) Strengthening city WASH institutional performance; 3) Strengthening the WASH financing environment; and 4) Advancing national WASH advocacy, coordination and communication.

Pendaftaran Online Koordinator Kabupaten (DC) PAMSIMAS III

Program Pamsimas (Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat) merupakan salah satu program dan aksi nyata pemerintah pusat dan daerah,untuk meningkatkan akses terhadap air minum dan sanitasi.

Mulai tahun 2016 sampai 2019, Pamsimas akan memperluas cakupan programnya untuk menambah 15.000 desa dampingan baru di lebih dari 365 kabupaten di 33 provinsi guna mempercepat target Universal Access 2019. Pamsimas membutuhkan District Coordinator (DC) yang terampil dan cakap untuk mendukung pengelolaan Program di Tingkat Kabupaten.

Pendaftaran online adalah salah satu mekanisme seleksi yang wajib diikuti oleh District Coordinator Program PAMSIMAS III. Pendaftaran calon DC Program Pamsimas III ini dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

Calon Pendaftar Harus Memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan sebagai berikut:

• Pendaftar wajib mencantumkan lokasi kabupaten atau provinsi peminatannya.
• Pendaftar wajib mengisi data dengan lengkap dan benar sesuai dengan data diri;
• Pendaftar hanya boleh mendaftar dengan satu akun pribadi (satu email);

• Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil, Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat atau Pembangunan Sosial;
• Memiliki pengalaman 7 (tujuh) komulatif di bidang Pemberdayaan, Bidang Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan Sarana SPAMS berbasis masyarakat;
• Memiliki kesehatan yang baik hingga tidak mengganggu proses seleksi;
• Tidak pernah melakukan tindakan kriminal, termasuk korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme pada saat melaksanakan pendampingan program-program pemberdayaan.
